mail/qmail - The NetBSD Packages Collection

Community-driven open-source successor to qmail 

notqmail is a community-driven fork of qmail, beginning where netqmail
left off: providing stable, compatible, small releases to which existing
qmail users can safely update. notqmail also aims higher: developing an
extensible, easily packaged, and increasingly useful modern mail server.

Binary packages can be installed with the high-level tool pkgin (which can be installed with pkg_add) or pkg_add(1) (installed by default). The NetBSD packages collection is also designed to permit easy installation from source.

Enable EAI (Email Address Internationalization) support.
pam
Enable PAM support.
qmail-customerror
Patch to return custom messages from queue filters.
qmail-srs
Patch to implement Sender Rewriting Scheme with libsrs2.
syncdir
Force synchronous link() and related syscalls.
tai-system-clock
Enable application support for /etc/localtime being TAI.
tls
Enable TLS support.

Known vulnerabilities

The pkg_admin audit command locates any installed package which has been mentioned in security advisories as having vulnerabilities.
